Kimberly Till is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Harris Interactive, a global leader in custom market research and publishers of The Harris Poll®. Kimberly joined Harris Interactive in October 2008 and is responsible for the global management of the company. She also serves as a director of the firm, a position she has held since joining the company. Harris Interactive is publicly traded in the U.S. (NASDAQ:HPOL).
Prior to joining Harris Interactive, Kimberly was the Chief Executive Officer, North America for Taylor Nelson Sofres ("TNS"), the world's second largest market intelligence/research company, where she was responsible for the U.S. and Canadian custom businesses. Kimberly and her management team led a successful turnaround of this business, including streamlining and upgrading all key areas of the business.
Before TNS, Kimberly served as Vice President of the Worldwide Media and Entertainment Group at Microsoft. She was responsible for the Worldwide Media & Entertainment Vertical in the Communications Sector. Her group was responsible for enterprise sales to the largest media and entertainment companies globally and for developing and delivering solutions for the media and entertainment industry together with key partners. The Media and Entertainment Group focused on the film, music, broadcast, publishing, and advertising sectors.
Earlier in her career, Kimberly served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of AOL International, where she helped manage the day-to-day operations of the company's 9 services outside the United States. In this role, Kimberly helped grow international membership to nearly 8 million enabling AOL to emerge as a leading global Internet provider.
Prior to her work with AOL Time Warner, Kimberly served as the Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning and Marketing for Sony Corporation of America, reporting directly to the Chairman. She was responsible for working with senior management to develop and implement key business strategies and marketing programs across the U.S. operating companies, including Sony Music, Sony Pictures, and Sony Electronics. Kimberly also managed the Sony Style Stores.
Kimberly also spent five years with Disney in Europe. In her role as head of Marketing and Operations for Disney Interactive Europe, she was responsible for the overall marketing of Disney Interactive products in Europe and localization of the products in multiple languages.
In addition to her corporate experience, Kimberly has experience at the highest levels of the U.S. government. She was selected for the prestigious White House Fellowship, where she served as a Special Assistant to the former U.S. Trade Representative and Secretary of Agriculture and to the Director of the FBI. Earlier she was selected as one of fifteen young professionals to be sent to Asia for a career apprenticeship as a Henry Luce Fellow.
Kimberly received her MBA from Harvard Business School, her J.D. from Duke University Law School, and her B.A. in History from the University of Alabama. She is a selected member of the Council on Foreign Relations and several other professional organizations. Kimberly is based in New York City.
Frank E. Forkin
President, North America Client Services
Frank E. Forkin is our President, North America Client Services, a position he has held since June 2009. From February to June 2009, Mr. Forkin served as Vice President of Strategy and Consumer Insights Management for Dominos Pizza. Prior to joining Dominos, Mr. Forkin was with J.D. Power and Associates for more than ten years and served there in progressively senior roles, most recently as Vice President and General Manager. Prior to joining J.D. Power and Associates, Mr. Forkin was Senior Vice President of the RDA Group, where his focus was business development, research, strategic design and consulting.
Marc Levin
Senior Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary
Marc Levin is currently our Senior Vice President, General Counsel , and Corporate Secretary, positions he has held since April 2009. Mr. Levin is responsible for managing worldwide legal affairs, including legal issues related to the company's publicly held status, and supporting business development, strategic planning and new business initiatives, and supporting the Board in developing and maintaining best practices in governance policies and procedures. Prior to joining us, Mr. Levin spent five years at TNS, a leading market information and business insights company. During his time at TNS, Mr. Levin held several positions, including, most recently, the position of Senior Vice President and General Counsel, North America. In this position, he was responsible for TNS' legal department in North America, which provided legal and strategic counsel to TNS' North American businesses with respect to a myriad of matters, including strategic corporate initiatives and relationships, mergers and acquisitions, financings, corporate restructurings, intellectual property protection, client and vendor relationships, corporate governance, data security and privacy law compliance. Before joining TNS, Mr. Levin was an associate in the New York City office of the law firm Thacher Proffitt & Wood, where he specialized in corporate and securities law. Mr. Levin is a member of the New York and Massachusetts bars.
Enzo Micali
Global Executive Vice President, Technology and Operations
Enzo Micali is our Global Executive Vice President, Technology and Operations, a position he has held since March 2009. Prior to joining us, Mr. Micali served as the Chief Information Officer and Executive Vice President of Operations for TNS North America (custom business), a position he assumed in January 2007. Prior to joining TNS, Mr. Micali served as Chief Information Officer and Senior Vice President for 1-800-FLOWERS.COM from 2000 through 2006, where he was responsible for overseeing all technology plans and programs for the online retailer and its eight subsidiaries. Mr. Micali also has served as Chief Technology Officer for Inslogic, a business-to-business software provider supporting financial institutions and internet portals serving the insurance industry, and has held key IT roles at Chase Manhattan Bank, PricewaterhouseCoopers Consulting, Deloitte & Touche, and Chemical Bank.
Eric W. Narowski
Interim Chief Financial Officer, Principal Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President, Global Controller
Eric W. Narowski is our interim Chief Financial Officer, a position he has held since November 2009. Mr. Narowski also continues to serve as our Principal Accounting Officer and Senior Vice President, Global Controller, positions he has held since February 2006 and October 2007, respectively. From January 2000 to October 2007, Mr. Narowski served as our Vice President, Corporate Controller. Mr. Narowski joined us in July 1997 as our Controller, and is a New York State Certified Public Accountant.
Robert Salvoni
Managing Director, Europe and Asia Pacific
Robert Salvoni is our Managing Director, Europe and Asia Pacific, positions he has held since May 2009 and October 2009, respectively. Prior to joining us, Mr. Salvoni served as Managing Director at Iris Accountancy Practice Solutions from 2007 to 2009. Prior to 2007, Mr. Salvoni spent 15 years at British Telecom (BT) serving in progressively senior roles, running joint ventures and subsidiary companies, and most recently as Sales Director for BT Wholesale.
George H. Terhanian, PhD
President, Global Solutions
George H. Terhanian, Ph.D. is currently our President, Global Solutions, a position he has held since December 2008. Prior to serving as President, Global Solutions, Dr. Terhanian served as President of Harris Interactive Europe and Global Internet Research, from July 2003 and June 2002, respectively. Prior to joining us in 1996, Dr. Terhanian taught in elementary and secondary schools in the United States. He also has served an appointment as an American Educational Research Association Fellow at the National Center for Educational Statistics.
